Join in for a fun hour of dance at Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Center in Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, October 25 for the Groove-A-Thon, to raise money for breat cancer awareness. Proceeds raised will go the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation who funds programs to assists those affected by breast cancer right here in the Hudson Valley.

Be creative or be simple, from Pink Out Sports events, Zumbathons, Lemonade Stands to Pink Bagel Sales, T-shirt sales, and more! The Hudson Valley will be celebrating Miles of Hope Day on October 20th and I hope we can count on everyone's support!
