Grab your Pink Gear and ride with us at AllSport Health & Fitness to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness on Monday, October 30th at 10:15am!  Suggested donation is $25 for members and non-members.  In addition to participating in the ride, we welcome and greatly appreiciate monetoary contributions.  There will be raffles, great music and an amazing Cycle Workout!  Register by visiting or calling the Reception Desk at 845-896-5678

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!  Hosting a fundraiser in honor of Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation is a great way to help our Community.  Be creative or be simple, from Pink Out Sports events, Zumbathons, Lemonade Stands to Pink Bagel Sales, T-shirt sales, and more!  The Hudson Valley will be celebrating Miles of Hope Day on October 20th and I hope we can count on everyone's support!
